 FAQs

  • We start with a home visit, guide you through design, and present your CAD visuals live in your home before any decisions are made. Our How It Works page walks you through every step.

  • Our tiered system—Essential, Signature, and Prestige—gives you flexibility without compromising on quality. You can explore the features of each right here.

  • We focus on full-room or multi-room commissions, but not everything we do is ultra high-budget. Our tier system allows us to tailor solutions around your space, style, and investment goals.

  • We don’t usually modify existing furniture, but if your carcasses are in good condition, we may offer a tailored facelift or design additional cabinetry that complements your space.

  • Not at all. Some clients come to us with a clear vision, others need help developing one—we’re happy to guide you through every stage of the design process.

  • Timelines vary depending on the size, tier, and complexity of your project. A single unit in our Essential tier may move faster than a full Prestige commission with AV integration. Once you're in production, we’ll confirm a realistic install date based on build and spray timelines.

  • We’re based in Staffordshire, but we work nationwide. If the project’s a good fit, we’re happy to travel—whether it’s a rural retreat or a city townhouse. We’ll always be clear about any additional logistics or lead times from the start.

  • Yes—we often collaborate with interior designers, architects, AV specialists, and renovation teams. Whether you need us to lead the cabinetry direction or fit within a wider vision, we’ll slot in seamlessly.
